The Unmuted CEO
🎙️ You've been building your business in silence long enough, sis.
Welcome to The Unmuted CEO Podcast—where mom entrepreneurs stop second-guessing, start showing up, and finally get seen for the powerhouse they already are.
I'm Tammy Maynard—mom of six (yes, twins included!), visibility coach, and the woman who turned years of feeling invisible into a thriving business. And sis, if you've ever stared at that "Go Live" button for 20 minutes, rewritten the same caption seven times, or wondered if you'll EVER feel confident enough to show your face online—I see you. Because I've been you.
Here's what you'll find inside every episode:
Real talk about building visibility on YOUR terms—no hustle culture, no "rise and grind" BS, just strategies that work WITH your life, not against it.
Behind-the-scenes of what it actually takes to show up consistently when you're juggling kids, a business, and trying to remember if you ate lunch.
Mindset shifts that turn "I'm not ready" into "watch me work."
Practical systems for batch content creation, time management, and staying visible without burning out.
Guest conversations with women who've walked this path and come out the other side—thriving, not just surviving.
This isn't another podcast telling you to do more. This is permission to show up as you are, build confidence one post at a time, and finally turn that quiet potential into the seen, paid impact you've been dreaming about.
Whether you're a brand new entrepreneur or you've been lurking in the shadows for years, it's time to get unmuted. Your voice matters. Your business matters. And sis—you were made to be seen.
New episodes drop every Monday—because your next level of confidence can't wait.

The Unmuted CEO
Beyond The Scroll: How to Turn Silent Viewers into Paying Clients & Loyal Sisterhood
Ever feel like you’re talking to a room full of quiet faces? We’ve all watched views climb while comments sit at zero and wondered if anyone real is on the other side. Today, we pull back the curtain on silent audiences and show how to guide those quiet, thoughtful viewers into engaged community and aligned buyers without feeling pushy or salesy.
We start by reframing silence as a normal part of digital behavior: people binge, save, and research before they ever tap a heart. From there, we outline a simple value ladder—free visibility, a true community container, and paid offers—and show how to design content that points people up the ladder step by step. You’ll hear practical, word-for-word scripts for naming lurker behavior with care, plus low-pressure invitations like “DM me READY,” challenges, checklists, and workshops that lower the barrier to action.
Community is the engine behind conversion, so we walk through welcome rituals, weekly touch points, and shared language that make your space feel like sisterhood, not a feed. Then we pivot from “nice” content to conversion content using a clean framework: call out the pain, cast the possibility, present your offer as the bridge, explain the transformation, and deliver a clear CTA. If selling brings up fear, we tackle the mindset too—how clarity honors your audience, why withholding help isn’t humility, and how to invite with confidence and care.
You’ll leave with focused journal prompts to define your silent viewer, map her journey, choose one invitation to use this week, and uncover where you’re hiding your offer. Ready to turn quiet views into real relationships and sales that feel like service? Press play, take notes, and then take action. If this message lit a fire, subscribe, share it with a friend who needs it, and leave a review. And when you’re ready for coaching, community, and accountability, join us inside Unmuted and Seen—link in the show notes.
Every review, every share, every message helps us reach and raise up more unmuted women.

Hey sis, welcome back to the Unmuted CEO Podcast, the space where we help you stop shrinking, start speaking, and get unapologetically seen as the CEO God called you to be. I'm your host, Tammy, your confidence and visibility coach. And today we're going to talk about something that I know has been sitting heavy on your heart. Tammy, I feel like I'm talking to myself. People watch, but nobody comments. Nobody buys. Nobody joins. What am I doing wrong? If you've ever looked at your views and thought, are these even real people? If you've ever said, I'm posting, but nothing is happening, sis, this one is for you. Because today we're going beyond the scroll. We're going to talk about how to move people from silent viewer to engaged community, then paying client and loyal system. So grab your journal, your coffee, or that laundry basket you've been side-eyeing all week, and let's get into it. Let's start with this lie right here. If they're not commenting, they don't care. Sis, that's not true. I want you to think about your own behavior for a second. How many times have you watched someone's content, saved it, checked their page, maybe even gone to their website, and never left a comment? You were impacted, you were paying attention, you were listening silently. Your people are doing the same thing with you. I can't tell you how many times someone has jumped into my DM or booked a call and said, hey Tammy, I've been watching you for months. I've been saving your videos. I watched that episode where you said ABC and it changed everything for me. And I'm sitting here like, sis, I have never seen your name a day in my life. So I want you to write this down. Silent doesn't mean uninterested. Silent doesn't mean unaffected. Some of your most aligned clients are watching in the shadows right now, trying to decide, is she consistent? Is she safe? Is she for real? Can I trust her with my story, my money, my heart, my vision? They're not ignoring you. They're studying you. Let's talk about why your silent viewers stay silent and don't convert. Most of us are posting like this Monday, random motivational quote. Wednesday, till, or how to. Friday, trending audio. Then disappear for 10 days. There's no journey. Imagine walking into a store and there's no sign, no layout, no new arrival section, no checkout lines. You'd wander around confused and eventually leave, right? That's what a lot of people are experiencing on your page. You don't just need more content. You need a pathway. I want you to picture a simple value ladder. Free visibility. Your posts, reels, podcasts, lives, where people first discover you. Community container, your deeper connection, email list, free group, broadcast channel, or membership where they feel known, not just counted as a follower. Paid offers, your transformation zone, your coaching services, programs, boutique done for you, where they invest and get real intentional support. When you see it like this, you realize my goal isn't just to go viral. My goal is to guide people up this ladder. Viral views are loud, but consistent, aligned buyers often come from the quiet, steady ones who've been climbing your ladder slowly. Now, let's get super practical. How do we help these silent viewers step closer? A. Start talking to them, not around them. In your content, literally call them out lovingly. For example, hey sis, I know you've been quietly watching my videos, saving them, telling yourself, one day I'll reach out. This is your sign. You don't have to stay in the shadows. When you name their behavior, they feel seen. They realize she knows I'm here. They're more likely to interact. B. Always offer a next layer. Don't end your videos at the tip. Instead of, hope this helped. Bye. Try. If this hit home, don't just scroll. DM me the word ready, and I'll send you something to help you take the next step. Or if you're tired of doing this by yourself, join my email list. Free group. Inner circle. The link is in my bio. You're not being pushy. You're being intentional. You're saying, don't just consume. Come closer. See. Use low pressure invitations. Not everyone is ready to buy, but many are ready to join a free challenge, download a checklist, take a quiz, sign up for a workshop, etc. Think of these as bridges between stranger to sister or follower to family. I talk a lot about sisterhood and business because I know how isolating this journey can feel, especially as a mom. Let's be real. Your friends may not understand what you're doing online. Your family may think your little videos are just a hobby. You might be the first entrepreneur in your circle. Your audience feels that too. That's why community is not just a strategy, it's a ministry. What makes a space feel like a sisterhood? It's not fancy graphics, perfect branding, a thousand members. It's being seen, being safe, being supported. Here's some simple ways to build that. Welcome rituals. When someone joins your group, membership, or email list, send a warm welcome. Something like, hey sis, I'm so glad you're here. Tell me one thing you're believing God for in this season of business. Regular touch points, weekly encouragement posts, monthly live QA's, prayer threads, wins and check-in posts, shared language and culture. You say, sis, stay unmuted. We don't shrink around here. That creates a culture your people can feel part of. When women feel like they belong, they're much more likely to open your emails, show up to your lives, invest in your offers. Now, we have to talk about the difference between nice content and conversion content. Nice girl content encourages, inspires, it saves and likes, but never tells people what's next. Conversion content pinpoints a specific problem, paints a picture of the desired outcome, positions your offer as the bridge, invites them to take action. Let me give you a simple framework you can plug into your next post, podcast, or live. For a conversion framework, call out the person and the problem. For example, sis, if you're posting every week and still hearing crickets, I know you're tired of wondering if you're doing this for nothing. Now, paint the possibility. Imagine having women in your DM saying, I've been watching you and I'm ready to work with you. Imagine your content not just getting views, but filling your programs. Then introduce your offer. For example, that's exactly why I created offer name. After that, explain the transformation. For example, inside, we'll go from current struggle to desired result by your method or framework. And finally, a clear call to action. For example, if you're ready to stop guessing and start growing, tap the link in my bio and join us inside. You can sprinkle this into the end of a value pack reel, the middle of a live stream, the outro of your podcast episode. Don't hide your offer behind vague language. Let's be real, you might know what to say, but you still feel weird saying it. Sound familiar? I don't want to be annoying. What if they think I'm only in it for the money? What if no one responds and I look desperate? Here's the truth, sis. You're not bugging people by telling them how you can help. You're honoring them. When you withhold your program, your coaching, your products from someone who's literally praying for a solution, that's not humility. That's hesitation. And hesitation is often rooted in fear, rejection, old stories about being too much or asking for too much. I want you to repeat after me. I am safe to invite. I am safe to sell. My offers are an answer, not a burden. All right, sis. Let's turn this from good episode into strategy. If you can, pause and grab your journal. If you're driving, just come back to this part later. Prompt one. Who are your silent viewers? Write a description. What is she struggling with? What does her day look like? What is she scared to admit out loud? Prompt two. What journey do you want to lead her on? Free content, community container, paid offer. Name each piece. Prompt three. What is one low pressure invitation you can start using this week? For example, DM me the word ready. Join my email list for weekly encouragement. Apply to work with me using the link in my bio. Prompt four. Where are you hiding your offer? Are you only talking about it in stories? Are you whispering the price? Are you waiting until the last two seconds of a 30-minute live? Be honest with yourself. No shame. Just awareness. Says here's what I want you to walk away with. Solid doesn't mean stuff. You're not just building an audience, you're building a sisterhood. People don't magically convert, they follow a journey. You are allowed to invite them deeper. You're not invisible. You're being observed. And God is trusting you to steward the eyes that are already on you. If this episode spoke for you, don't just scroll to the next one. Screenshot it. Share it to your stories, and tag me at the unmuted CEO. Tell me one thing you're going to start doing differently with your content this week. And sis, if you're done trying to figure this all out along and you want coaching, community, and accountability around your selling and confidence, I want to invite you to join us inside Unmuted and Seen. My inner circle membership for women who are ready to be consistent, courageous, and seen. The link is in the show notes. Until next time, sis, lead them beyond the scroll. Lead them into sisterhood.
